Savoury and genuine, ancient, special and difficult to forget, the Tuscan “salumi” (pork salted meat of any kind), the “pecorino” cheese, the “ribollita” (a bread soup with vegetables), the home-made pasta, the “pappardelle” (special pasta) with wild-boar or hare sauce or the famous “fiorentina” T-bone steak are some of the specialities that you can treat yourselves to, with vegetables and wines which exalt the dishes and your appetite. A large kitchen is dedicated to the creation of unique dishes with unmistakable taste, rich in colours and intense in flavours. We couple originality and tradition in order to bring typical Tuscan specialities to the table. We accompany our dishes with fruity table wines with intense fragrances and full-bodied, intense colours.
