WHAT TIME IS THE FARM AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT OF ARRIVAL AND WHEN DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE IT?

- The arrival is expected between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, while the farm has to be cleared within 10:00 am on Saturday.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO IF WE CAN NOT ARRIVE WITHIN THE HOURS EXPECTED FOR THE WELCOME?

- In these cases you have to call our manager, or call our office directly.

IS THE PRICE YOU HAVE COMMUNICATED PER ROOM, PERSON, OR FLAT?

- The price we have indicated or communicated is the weekly price for the entire estate.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES TO PAY AT THE MOMENT OF ARRIVAL?

- When you arrive to “Casale Celli” you will have to pay the deposit. The missing payment of the entire amount will exclude the access to the estate.

HOW DO WE HAVE TO PAY THE DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS IT GIVEN BACK?

- The deposit has to be paid in cash and will be given back at the end of the stay, less the charges due to eventual damages or extra expenses.

IS HEATING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

- Heating is not included in the price and is considered as an extra charge.

IS ELECTRIC-POWER INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

- Yes, electric-power is included in the price.

CAN WE BRING ANIMALS?

- We are sorry, but animals are not allowed at the farm.

IS IT POSSIBILE TO PAY THE TOTAL COST AT THE MOMENT OF ARRIVAL?

- No, this is not possible. The total cost has to be paid maximum 45 days before arrival.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN DURING OUR STAY?

- In these cases, you are requested to immediately contact the manager of “Casale Celli”.

ARE THERE ANY RESERVED AND/OR ROMANTIC ROOMS?

- Yes. All our rooms are quiet, romantic and reserved.

ARE BED LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED? WHEN ARE THEY CHANGED?

- Yes, we provide you with bed linen and towels which are changed weekly. They can be changed and provided daily on request.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

- We accept bank transfer.
